EVANS LANDING PROJECT PLAN

Stage 1:

• The completion of all components of the totem project.
• Establishment of the Malaruch Office at the Evans Landing Site and placement of a trainee on site who will become site manager by the end of the year.
• Development and completion of the Malaruch Website to be used for sale of art and attracting tenants for the rental properties on next stages.

Stage 2:

• Development and building of camping ground facility, caravan Park sites and self contained cabins
